The objective of this work package is to: 

• organize the project as a whole,
• coordinate the work of partners and
• communicate with the EU Commission.

The work package includes activities that FER is essentially in charge of as the coordinating partner, such as preparing partner meetings and the agenda of these meetings, collecting, reviewing and submitting information on the progress of the project, deliverables and financial statements to the EC. Some efforts are also devoted by other consortium partners, responsible for contributing in effective ways to the different project management requirements and ensuring smooth development of the activities.
