The SESAR Innovation Days (SID) 2024, organized by SESAR Joint Undertaking, took place in Rome from 12-15 November 2024. The conference served as a key platform for disseminating research results in the field of air traffic control, with a focus on projects involving both scientific institutions and industrial partners.
This year, the event emphasized ongoing improvements in flight efficiency, airport operations, and the increasing integration of Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM) systems. Partners from the Faculty of Transportation and Transportation Science (FTTS) actively participated in the conference as part of the AEROSTREAM project.
