The European project AeroSTREAM was featured during the Final Event of the METASTARS project, held in December 2024 at the Aeromart fair in Toulouse, a leading international aerospace event.
As part of a roundtable on cluster support to SME innovation, CTA highlighted AeroSTREAM as a strategic initiative promoting collaboration with widening countries and supporting technology transfer to SMEs in Croatia. The session brought together around 40 participants from across Europe, including Spain, Croatia, Italy, Bosnia and Herzegovina, France, Poland, and Greece.
The event showcased synergies between EU-funded projects, with AeroSTREAM standing out as a model of how R&D collaboration can enhance regional innovation ecosystems. During networking sessions, two SMEs expressed interest in AeroSTREAM’s cascade funding, further reinforcing its value as a tool for supporting innovation in emerging regions.
The experience confirmed the benefit of joint events for boosting project visibility and generating real impact across Europe’s innovation landscape.
