From July 1 to 4, 2024, in Valletta, Malta, Anel Tarhibegović and Prof. Adnan Tahirović took part in the CoDIT 2024 (International Conference on Control, Decision and Information Technologies). Anel, a PhD student from the University of Zagreb, is working in collaboration with Prof. Stjepan Bogdan and Prof. Adnan Tahirović from the University of Sarajevo. His work will likely be co-supervised by both universities, strengthening ties between these two widening institutions.
Anel and Prof. Tahirović were there to present their research on the optimal robustification of linear quadratic regulators, a topic closely related to the goals of the AeroSTREAM project. Their presentation highlighted important advancements in control theory.
CoDIT 2024 marks the tenth edition of this prestigious conference, which has been held annually since 2013. This year, it served as a key platform for technical exchange, bringing together experts in fields such as control, automation, robotics, optimization, and information technologies. The event offered a valuable opportunity for academic and industrial leaders to address new challenges, share innovative solutions, and discuss future research directions.
The technical program at CoDIT 2024 included plenary lectures, regular technical sessions, and special sessions, offering attendees a wide range of insights into the latest developments in control and decision technologies.
