DroneDays, a two-day workshop dedicated to unmanned aerial vehicles, took place on May 4th and 5th, 2023, in Zagreb, Croatia. The event featured keynote lectures, an exhibition area, and flight demonstrations, with a primary focus on the applications of unmanned aerial vehicles and their relevance to end-user industries. This workshop served as a meeting point for experts from both industry and academia, end-users, and regulatory bodies in the region.

This year's edition of DroneDays was closely related to three specific AeroSTREAM application areas: forestry, agriculture, and logistics. The lectures and content were tailored to these domains, with invitations extended to relevant end-users to participate in the event. Additionally, DroneDays provided a platform for AeroSTREAM wHEI (Western Higher Education Institutions) researchers to showcase their research topics and results. This was achieved through lectures by wHEI researchers, an AeroSTREAM and UNIZG-FER LARICS stand in the exhibition area, as well as participation in flight demonstrations that were open to the public.
